Billing & Insurance

The following is the current list of insurances that our office participates with.  If your insurance is not listed please speak with our front desk staff.  It is important to know prior to your appointment if our office does not participate with your insurance, otherwise your visit may not be covered.

Any specimens collected in the office are sent to Laboratory Alliance of CNY; 113 Innovation Lane, Liverpool, NY 13088; 315-461-3008.  If your insurance does not participate with this lab you must inform our staff immediately to allow for other arrangments to be made.

If you are sent for labwork, you should have this performed at a lab that participates with your insurance company.

It is the patient's responsibility to understand the providers that are in-network for your specific insurance plan.  If you have any questions regarding the above information, you can reach our billing department at (315) 452-9022.  If our office does not participate with your insurance plan, an estimate of the cost of services for non-emergent care can be provided upon request.  If unforeseen medical circumstances arise when the services are provided, the amount that will be billed for the services may be higher.
